I was looking through my Winter '07 Somerset Studio Gallery and love your Paris 1920/Mon Ami piece. So I googled you to see additional work and found your lovely blog! Wish I lived close enough to take some of your workshops. A question for you: where did you get your rusty gate that is on the Paris piece? I am doing silk ribbon embroidery pages using a garden theme and would love to purchase something like that. Thanks for sharing your work!
What a lucky woman to be gifted such great treasures! It will be fun to see what you create.
PS Get in touch with me at dayna@alleyartstudio.com and I'll give you a link to TravelersHart Yahoo group and the steampunk stuff that was done recently.

Getting "stuff" from someone is the best part of doing art....it starts the creative juices flowing. I love the work that you create with it.
